- For Business Programs (Aviation Management, Business Management, Film Industry Management):
Submit proof of completing exams in Mathematics and another subject of choice in the final year of secondary school. Math can be replaced with a science or IT subject. Commerce profile candidates may substitute Math with any commerce-related subject.
- For Fashion Business and Communication, Communication and Digital Media Programs:
Submit proof of completing exams in 2 subjects of choice during the final year of secondary school.
- Master’s program applicants must provide a secondary school certificate and undergraduate diploma.
- For Master in Organizational Innovation and Management, Aviation Management, Fashion Management – Bachelor’s degrees accepted: Management, Business and other Social Sciences.
- For Master in Strategic Communication Studies – Bachelor’s degrees accepted: Communication and other Social Sciences.
- If the applicant is in the final year of secondary school, and the final certificate is unavailable by the admission deadline, submit the latest academic transcript and a certificate noting the expected date of receiving the final secondary school certificate.
- If in the final year of university, and the graduation diploma is unavailable by the admission deadline, submit the latest academic transcript and a certificate noting the expected date of receiving the final diploma.
- If the name on your educational documents differs from your passport, submit valid proof of name change, such as a marriage certificate, divorce certificate, or an official document from a competent authority.
- Non-English documents must be officially translated into English.
2 Make payments:
Once your application is fully submitted with all required documents and information correctly filled in, you will then have to wait for your application account details to be reviewed. If you are invited to the next stage of the admissions process, you will be required to pay a non-refundable application registration fee.
Payments are accepted only via Flywire.
Standard fee: 200 EUR.
Reduced fee for Lithuanian applicants: 100 EUR.

3 Interview:
Candidates will be contacted by the Admission team to arrange an Interview. During the evaluation of your recorded interview, your motivation, English language proficiency, ability to express yourself, and knowledge of the University and your chosen program will be assessed. Please be prepared accordingly.
NOTE: Use Your application account for all university communication. You are currently in the admission process and that is why all official communication must only take place through the application account provided for the admission process.
4 Temporary Residence Permit (Study-based TRP):
Depending on the citizenship, one may be able to enter Lithuania without a Temporary Residence Permit (TRP) or visa.
EEA citizens do not need a visa or TRP. You will just need your passport or ID card to enter Lithuania.
The countries of the EEA area: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden.
Students from Ukraine, Georgia, Moldova, Israel, Japan, etc. also do not need a visa or TRP to enter Lithuania, if they possess a passport with biometric data.
Non-EEA citizens should apply for a TRP in their home country or a neighboring country with a VFS Global office. Students are advised to apply for TRP which is issued for 1-2 years.
The International Office of KSU supports students in the TRP application process and issues necessary documents.
